WHAT IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO BOOK MY RIDE WITH EXECUTIVE CIRCLE CAR SERVICES?
You can click on the “Make a reservation” button at the top right corner of every page, which will take you to a form where you can make your reservation in 3 easy steps. If you have difficulty with the booking process, please call us, and our friendly staff will be able to answer all your questions, 24/7.
WHAT IF I JUST WANT A QUOTE?
Instant quotes and pricing are done by clicking the “Make a reservation” button. Then simply enter you trip information and click the blue “Submit” button, and someone will get back with you shortly.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY RIDE?
When you make a reservation online or by phone, we will ask for a credit card in order to hold the vehicle. Your credit card will NOT be charged for the trip amount until your ride is complete. All receipts are emailed within 24 hours of trip completion.
CAN I PAY FOR MY RIDE DIRECTLY TO THE DRIVER?
Our drivers will not be able to accept credit cards directly for payment. If you prefer to pay cash, we still need your credit card information to reserve your vehicle. The driver will be instructed to accept cash at the end of your trip. All receipts are emailed within 24 hours of trip completion.
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
We monitor all flights with the airline two hours prior to arrival so we know what your actual [as opposed to scheduled] arrival time will be. You can contact us if you’d like, but our drivers will always be there whether your plane lands earlier or later than the scheduled arrival time.
WHAT IF MY PLANS CHANGE I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
A charge of $50.00 will apply to your credit card for any trip not cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time. In order to avoid cancellation fees, you must notify us of cancellation 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride by phone or email. All cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled pickup time will result in a full charge of your trip. Change Policy - requires that all changes be received by phone at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled ride, or through email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up. If a change made less than three hours prior to pick-up cannot be accommodated, the resulting cancellation may cause a full charge to you. No Shows - If dispatch is unable to contact the passenger or related contact person 1 hour of the scheduled pick-up time or 90 minutes after airport arrival time, then your ride will be considered a no-show. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying us will result in a full charge. Large Vehicles (with a passenger capacity greater than 8) will be charged $100 within 24 hours of pickup time. Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup time for large vehicles will result in a full charge of trip amount.
WHAT IS EXECUTIVE CIRCLE CAR SERVICES ON TIME GUARANTEE
We take a pride in our on-time record and make every effort to arrive at your location at least 5 minutes earlier than your pick up time. In case of any delay, you will receive a phone call from our office so that we can keep you updated until your driver arrives at your pickup location. In the event we are more than 15 minutes late, your ride is free of charge.
WHAT IS YOUR LOST AND FOUND POLICY?
Our drivers will sweep the vehicle after we drop you off to make sure none of your belongings are left behind; however, Executive Circle Services and their affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. If you think you have left any items in our vehicle(s), please call anytime, and we will check immediately.
HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY RIDE?
Once you make your reservation, you will receive it with a confirmation number via email. You will also receive a 24-hour pickup reminder with an email and text message. A final email is then sent 12 hours prior to your pickup with the name and phone number of your driver.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES?
Toll roads can be used at your discretion and will be added to the final trip amount. If you choose to have your driver park inside the parking lot of a concert or sporting event, you will need to pay for parking upon entry.
